Cass Winery specializes in Rhone varieties such as Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Viognier, Rousanne, Marsanne, & Petite Syrah. All of these varieties are ENTAV clones. ENTAV is an agency of the French Government responsible for clonal certification. Over 90% of all new vineyards in France are planted with ENTAV certified clones. Select nurseries in California obtained license to propagate and sell these varieties in the late 1990's, thus theses vines are producing the very first wines available in the US that are both Estate grown and ENTAV Certified.

Located in the rolling hills between Creston and Paso Robles, The Tasting Room and Winery are under one roof in stucco and tile roof Southwestern style barn. However, once inside, you see a contemporary Tasting Room with art, designer lighting, diamond plate aluminum bar, and bold colors everywhere. It has been designed to accommodate food oriented events for small groups. Since opening in May we have hosted Cooking Classes featuring Sushi, Seafood, Gourmet Brunches, and Mediterranean Fare. The Library is lined with over 3,000 bottles of red wine that encircle a banquet table that can seat up to 16. The Barrel room seats up to 72 people. Both rooms are connected to a fully furnished commercial kitchen. There is a picnic area outside under a massive Oak tree and a patio under a Wisteria laden trellis. The Tasting Room also offers a robust line of cheeses, crackers and gourmet cooking products.
