Lone Madrone » Profile
Founded in 1996 by Winemaker Neil Collins, who later partnered with his sister Jackie Meisinger to further the brand and open the lovely spacious and rustically elegant tasting room on Paso Robles' Hwy 46 West in 2006. Lone Madrone wines are produced predominantly from small, family-owned westside Paso Robles vineyards. Neil's primary focus is sourcing high-quality, naturally grown varietals that translate well in his hands-off winemaking process. Lone Madrone's current production is just under 3,000 cases per year and ranges in diversity from crisp white Spanish varietals (Albarino) to classic Italian (Nebbiolo) to beautiful expressions of organically dry-farmed and head-trained Zinfandel and Zin blends.
Lone Madrone strives to produce hand crafted wines with grapes sourced from the highest quality family owned west side Paso Robles Vineyards. Organic and sustainable products and methods to be used whenever possible in all aspects of our business.
