Halcyon Vineyards

Overview
Our estate vineyard is located in the El Pomar area east of Templeton. We have 20 acres of Bordeaux varieties planted to Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. The vines are planted in east/west rows on steep hillsides of Linne Calodo soil. They are trained bilaterally with a VSP trellis system on 5X11 spacing and drip irrigated. The elevation of Halcyon Vineyards is 1,200 feet.
