Overview
The Estate Vineyard consists of 5 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon with 1/4 acre each of Cabernet Franc & Merlot. Vertical Shoot Positioning with 5' x 10' spacing. Single bud per spur pruning, aggressive leaf removal and deficit irrigation practiced. Low yield, superior quality grapes used only in our Reserve Cabernet program
