We have dedicated our lives to farming perfection, constantly striving to find perfect balance in our vineyard using new sustainable practices and methods. The vineyard is entirely on hillsides made up of pure calcareous shale, allowing for very little vine vigor (averaging about 2.5 tons per acre or 2 pounds per plant).
