VINEYARD PROFILES

Overview
Twilight Cellars specializes in Rhone and Bordeaux varietals. In 2008 we harvested our first Grenache Blanc, Viognier, and Roussanne. In 2010 we also harvested Grenache and Mourvedre. Our Adelaida and Linne Colado soils on southwest facing slopes at 1,925 feet are rich in gravelly limestone which naturally limits the growth of the vines leading to richer, fuller wines.
Today, we are re-locating to the Santa Cruz Mountains similar terroir as our current location. We look forward to our our Grand Re-Opening!
