Penman Springs Vineyard is located on 40 acres of rolling hills East of Paso Robles. Extensive use of the Smart Dyson trellis system, carefully separating the canopy for both upward and downward shoots supported by wire, maximizes vine and fruit exposure to the sun nearly doubling photosynthesis and enriching our fruit.
