Hand harvested @ optimum maturity, small bin fermination w/ hand punch downs keeping all blocks separate throughout 18-24 mo bbl aging. Estate wines produced & bottled @ onsite Winery/Tasting Room.

Located 6 miles off 46E. Turn on Airport Rd and go to end (5 miles) then turn right on Estrella Rd (1 Mile). See you at the top of the hill!
