WINE COUNTRY AUCTION TRADES BLACK-TIE AFFAIR FOR THE COMFORT OF HOME
First Annual Auction on eBay Launches on November 7 with 26 Exclusive Auction Lots

The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance Foundation is set to launch its first annual online auction on eBay. Beginning Thursday, November 7 through Sunday, November 17, wine enthusiasts will be able to bid on exclusive Paso Robles Wine Country packages and experiences from the comfort of their own home. With a total of 26 unique lots available, fans of Paso Robles wine are certain to land a memorable package.

Over the course of ten days, this exclusively virtual auction encourages fans of Paso Robles to bid on a range of Wine Country items including: a stay and dinner at Tobin James Cellars and JUSTIN Vineyards & Winery, a helicopter tour of Paso Robles Wine Country with a private tour of Hearst Castle, a collection of magnums from L’Aventure Winery , dinner with Robert and Jason Haas of Tablas Creek Vineyard with a one year membership in their Collector’s Edition Wine Club, a private cooking class at Brigit Binns’ Refugio, a year of tickets to the Central Coast’s most popular events, a guitar lesson, and zip lining over the vineyards at Santa Margarita Ranch, just to name a few! “The goal of this virtual auction is to raise maximum funds for five deserving charities by expanding the audience able to bid on auction lots,” said Jennifer Porter, Executive Director of the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance. “We look forward to welcoming new visitors to experience the spirit of Paso Robles Wine Country.”

Proceeds from the 2013 Paso Robles Wine Country Auction will benefit the following organizations: The Food Bank Coalition of San Luis Obispo County, The Boys & Girls Club North San Luis Obispo County, Transitional Food & Shelter, Inc., RISE* and One Cool Earth.

The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance Foundation is a 501 c 3 nonprofit charitable organization. Since 2006, the Alliance has contributed more than $350,000 to 25 different charitable organizations.
