The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance 2007 Grand Tasting Tour visits Tampa, on Thursday, Feb. 15. More than 30 wineries will showcase wines from the Paso Robles American Viticulture Area (AVA) at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center with events scheduled throughout the day allowing wine trade, media and consumers to taste the distinct differences of wines from Paso Robles, located along Californiaâ€™s beautiful Central Coast.
"Tampa Bay is an exciting market for Paso Robles to continue developing given that Florida is the second greatest wine-consumption state and one of the top travel destinations in the world," said Stacie Jacob, executive director of the Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance. "As one of the leading wine regions in California, itâ€™s important for Paso Robles to educate Tampa Bay retailers and consumers about the regionâ€™s impressive offerings."
