Showcase Region at James Beard House

PASO ROBLES, CA November 8, 2006 — The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance and Villa Creek Restaurant showcase the region’s world-class wines paired with the cuisine of early California at the James Beard House in New York on Monday, November 13 at 7 p.m. Villa Creek Chef Tom Fundaro has prepared a seasonal six course menu paired exclusively with Paso Robles Wines for the sold-out evening culinary feast.

The James Beard House, home of the late "Dean of American Cookery" is the performance stage for chefs, winemakers and cookbook authors around the world. More than 20 dinners, lunches and workshops are held each month to showcase the culinary artists from around the world.
