CHUMEIA VINEYARDS LUXURIOUS FOOD AND WINE YACHT CRUISE ON MORRO BAY
Chumeia Vineyards invites food, wine and boating aficionados to enjoy spectacular views, select wines and gourmet foods cruising aboard the luxurious 72â€™ Papagallo yacht on Saturday, September 16, 2006 from 1 pm to 4 pm in Morro Bay. Chef and Papagallo II yacht owner Leonard Gentieu and Chef Shelly Pollard, known for her pastry and chocolatier creations along with Chumeia winemaker Lee Nesbitt will delight guests with their culinary and wine talents. The cruise begins with lobster Ã©clair drizzled with crÃ¨me fraiche and topped with caviar paired with Chumeia Chardonnay, followed by four more gourmet appetizer courses paired with Chumeiaâ€™s special select wines.
