PASO ROBLES GRAND TASTING TOUR DEBUTS IN DALLAS ON MARCH 6
Event at Hotel ZaZa targets trade, media and consumers; also features live casting call
The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance will host its 2006 Grand Tasting Tour in Dallas on Monday, March 6. Thirty-three wineries will showcase wines from the Paso Robles American Viticulture Area (AVA) at Hotel ZaZa located in the trendy Dallas Uptown neighborhood.
Events are scheduled throughout the day for wine trade, media and consumers to taste the distinct differences of wines from Paso Robles, located along Californiaâ€™s Central Coast. Executive Chef, Marc Cassel of Hotel ZaZaâ€™s Dragonfly Restaurant and Lounge will prepare foods to accompany the tasting. Event proceeds benefit The Greater Dallas Restaurant Association (GDRA) Scholarship Fund for Hospitality/Culinary Arts Education.
