Lead by local sommeliers, Ali Carscaden of 15 Degrees C and Erick Cadena of Villa Creek Restaurant, Wine Festival features an enhanced Winemaker Seminar on Saturday, May 21 at 1 p.m. In 2011, the Winemaker Seminar gives you a distinct, different overview of Paso wines. Taste everything from unique white blends made famous by Paso Robles Wine Country to classic Bordeaux varietals. The Winemaker Seminar takes place in the Downtown Park Tent (Spring Street) and is open to 100 wine enthusiasts.
