The 31st Annual Wine Festival features an enhanced Winemaker Seminar on Saturday, May 18 at 10:30 a.m. at the Paso Robles Park Ballroom (1232 Park Street, Suite 200). Taste and listen as winemakers explore characteristics classic to Paso Robles wines. Moderated by sommelier team Erick Cadena (Villa Creek Restaurant) and Ali Rush Carscaden (15 Degrees C Wine Shop and Bar), they will break a few rules as they guide the audience through this tasting.
