WINE FESTIVAL: VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance presents the 2013 Paso Robles Wine Festival Weekend, May 17 - 19th. The Paso Robles Wine Country Alliance greatly appreciates the support of the local community and is extending an invitation for you to participate in one of the largest outdoor wine festivals of its kind.
Marquee events include the Reserve Event on Friday, May 17 (3:30 – 6 p.m.), plus the Saturday, May 18 Winemaker Seminar (10:30 – 11:30 a.m.) and Grand Tasting (12 – 4 p.m.). All events will take place at the Paso Robles Downtown City Park or the Park Ballroom.
The success of the Wine Festival is dependent upon the support of generous volunteers like you. To sign up as a volunteer, please complete the WINE FESTIVAL VOLUNTEER APPLICATION (shift details and times are outlined on the application). In addition to your completed application, please review and sign the VOLUNTEER WAIVER FORM.
Please submit your completed application and signed waiver form to the Alliance office by fax (805.237.6439) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) by Wednesday, May 1, 2013. Further details on logistics, volunteer t-shirt pick up, and more will be provided to volunteers during the week prior to the Festival.
The Alliance is thankful to our volunteers for the hard work they put towards making our events a success. In appreciation, the Alliance will offer all volunteers working four hours or more a festival t-shirt and one complimentary Festival Ticket ($55 value).
