Over the past three years RESERVE had created a unique opportunity allowing consumers to enjoy a special selection of food and wine. Stepping away from the traditional tasting format, RESERVE requires wineries to select a single wine to feature that must fit within one of four categories – power white/Rosés, library wines, reserve wines and futures. In addition to the selection of wine from more than 50 wineries, treat your taste buds to tastes from local chefs and caterers, creating a wine tasting experience that reflects the best flavors of Paso Robles Wine Country.
This year RESERVE welcomes a NEW addition to the event, the Futures Auction. Eight wineries – Ancient Peaks Winery, Caliza Winery, Clavo Cellars, Cypher Winery, Four Vines Winery, Halter Ranch Vineyard, Silver Horse Winery and Villicana Winery – will be offering unreleased wines to give consumers a taste of the future. Should you taste a futures wine you simply must add to your wine collection, five cases of each wine will be available through the Futures Auction. The top five bidders of each wine will take home a case of the future once the winery has determined the wine is ready to grace the cellars of the consumer. The top bidder of each wine will also take home a beautiful barrel head branded with that winery’s logo.
