ABOUT COPIA VINEYARDS
The word Copia is a Latin root word that means abundance. It’s an apt name for a winery that is created by two people that have always chased the glass half full. The story of Copia Vineyards begins with the passion of Anita and Varinder Sahi, their shared love of wine and the beauty of its source. Everything the Sahis have ever done is fueled by a belief of going “all-in” on life. He from an engineering background and she from the world of fine dining restaurants, together they came to Paso Robles to make wine from the ground up, one small lot at a time. Today, they farm two world-class estates in Paso Robles' limestone-rich Willow Creek and Adelaida Districts. It's the ruggedly beautiful landscape that offers the perfect tableau for them to produce their elegant Rhône and Bordeaux varietal wines. Our highly rated, award-winning portfolio of wines and the immersive tastings we provide invite guests to experience the story of two explorers who seize life's moments.

8054239113Custom Crush and A/P
Apr 01, 2024 | Caelesta Wines, Vineyard, and Truffière
Our winery was finished in 2022 and we are looking to rent space to smaller brands until we grow into our vineyard and facility. For 2024, we have an opening for a 15-20 ton client. We strongly prefer custom crush as we can provide labor as well as consulting services if needed. As an A/P doing that tonnage, we'd require use of your own tanks mainly due to space with a 1T lot size minimum.
Benefits:
access to warm/cold glycol
elevated sorting table + rotovib destemmer
24 hr access during harvest
convenient location and access
Please email with questions. Thanks!
