CRAVE

CRAVE - A Paso Robles Wine Experience was introduced in 2008 as a strategy to focus on millennial wine enthusiasts. CRAVE takes a different approach to the traditional wine tasting by grouping producers into wine categories where each winery showcases one wine.  It serves as an educational experience by featuring brands with like wines all paired with the same culinary offering from the area’s top restaurants. 

 

The first CRAVE event was a sold out success and the same trend followed in 2009 and 2010 with minor tweaks to the event for flow, ambiance and aesthetics.  Each year was an improvement upon the last, but because of the nature of this event, the Alliance would like to keep CRAVE edgy and interesting for the new generation of wine enthusiasts.

 

In 2012, our goal is to revamp the overall look and feel, through design, new themes and trends as well as a new venue to accommodate a larger audience.  The Alliance is developing a CRAVE video that will inspire you to “make your Paso Robles Wine Country Experience!”

 

In the meantime, explore Paso Robles Wine Country by visiting some of the more than 200 wineries in the area. CRAVE – A Paso Robles Wine Experience can be more than just an event, but a wine tasting experience you can create on your own!
